Ingredients

  • 1 pkg seasoned coating mix for chicken
  • 4 unpeeled potatoes
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes lengthwise into 1-inch wedges.
  2. Pour coating mix into a plastic bag; add salt.
  3. Dip potato wedges in melted butter, then place in the bag and shake to coat evenly.
  4. Place coated potatoes on a well-greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 55 minutes until golden and crispy.
