Pepsi Salad is a fun, fruity dessert combining crushed pineapple, sugar-free jello, cherries, and Diet Pepsi, perfect for parties or a light, refreshing treat.

Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can crushed pineapple, not drained
  • 1 box sugar-free lemon jello
  • 1 box sugar-free cherry jello

Instructions

  1. Bring the crushed pineapple to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add the sugar-free lemon and cherry jello powders and stir until dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and stir well.
  4. Add cherries and Diet Pepsi to the mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into an 8-inch dish.
  6. Refrigerate until the salad is jelled and firm.
