- Add Crisco and cut in with a pastry cutter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Pour in the milk and stir only until just moistened.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead 8 to 10 times.
- Roll out the dough and cut with a biscuit cutter.
- Place the biscuits on a cookie sheet and bake at 475°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Serve hot with butter and honey.
