Perfect Chicken Roaster

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Shake flour in a large Reynolds oven cooking bag; place the bag in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
- Place sliced onion and sliced celery in the bag.
- Rinse the chicken, drain, and pat dry.
- Tie the chicken's legs together with string and tuck the wing tips under the chicken.
- Brush the chicken with vegetable oil; sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place the chicken in the bag.
- Close the bag with a nylon tie and make 6 (1/2-inch) slits in the top.
- Insert a meat thermometer through a slit into the center of the thigh, next to the body but not touching the bone.
- Bake for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours or until the meat thermometer registers 180°F.
- Let the chicken stand for 5 minutes before serving.
