Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pecan halves
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Kahlua or Grand Marnier (optional)
  • margarine

Instructions

  1. Beat egg white and water until frothy.
  2. Add nuts and toss until coated.
  3. Add all other ingredients and pour into a greased (use margarine) cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 1 hour at 250°F (120°C).
  5. Toss every 15 minutes during baking time.
