Ingredients

  • 1 boneless arm roast
  • 2 packages Lipton onion soup
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • water
  • vegetables

Instructions

  1. Brown all sides of the roast to seal in flavor; season with salt, pepper, garlic, or other preferred spices.
  2. Fill a Dutch oven or roasting pan halfway with water.
  3. Add the Lipton onion soup and cream of mushroom soup to the water and stir to combine.
  4. Place the seasoned roast in the pan with the soup mixture and cover.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 3 hours.
  6. Add vegetables of your choice during roasting for extra flavor and nutrition.
