Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  2. Roll the dough into a large circle.
  3. Cut the circle into big squares.
  4. Fill each square with potato or cheese filling, then squeeze the ends tight.
  5. Boil the filled dumplings in water until they float, then rinse in cold water.
  6. Drain well and pan fry in butter until golden brown.
