  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 3 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the cherry gelatin in 4 cups of boiling water. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan or mold and refrigerate until firm.
  2. Dissolve the lemon gelatin in 3 1/2 cups of boiling water and refrigerate until partially set.
  3. Add crushed pineapple, tiny marshmallows, and sugar to the partially set lemon gelatin, mixing gently.
  4. Beat the egg and stir it into the mixture.
  5. Peel and slice the bananas, then fold them into the gelatin mixture along with pineapple juice.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared mold or pan, refrigerate until firm.
  7. Serve chilled, garnished as desired.
