Ingredients

  • 1 box lasagna
  • 6 large potatoes
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion
  • 5 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Boil the lasagna noodles according to the package directions.
  2. Slice the cooked potatoes thinly.
  3. Layer the cooked lasagna, sliced potatoes, and shredded Cheddar cheese in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  4. Dice the small onion and sauté in margarine until translucent.
  5. Pour the sautéed onions and margarine over the layered mixture or in between the layers.
  6. Cover the casserole with foil and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
