- Boil the lasagna noodles according to the package directions.
- Slice the cooked potatoes thinly.
- Layer the cooked lasagna, sliced potatoes, and shredded Cheddar cheese in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Dice the small onion and sauté in margarine until translucent.
- Pour the sautéed onions and margarine over the layered mixture or in between the layers.
- Cover the casserole with foil and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
