Ingredients

  • 1 orange
  • 2 sugar cubes
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 inch stick cinnamon
  • 2 oz. brandy

Instructions

  1. Remove the pulp from the orange.
  2. Place sugar cubes and cloves and cinnamon stick into the hollowed-out orange.
  3. Pour brandy over the mixture and ignite to set it aflame.
  4. Serve immediately after the flame is extinguished.
