Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • onion (to taste)
  • chili powder (to taste)
  • cumin (to taste)
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef and season to taste with onion, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  2. Fill 6 to 8 flour tortillas with beef and 2 to 3 tablespoons of cheese, then roll them up.
  3. Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
  4. Top with cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese on top.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
