- Cook ground beef and season to taste with onion, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Fill 6 to 8 flour tortillas with beef and 2 to 3 tablespoons of cheese, then roll them up.
- Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
- Top with cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with cheese on top.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
