Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm pickle juice
  • 1 large dill pickle, grated
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion or 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 3 1/8 cups bread flour
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the bread machine pan according to manufacturer's directions. Bake on the "White Bread/Medium Crust" setting.
