Ingredients

  • 1 large jar medium-size pickles
  • 1 loaf white bread
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Drain the pickles and dry them with paper towels.
  2. Soften the cream cheese so it spreads easily.
  3. Spread cream cheese on one side of each bread slice.
  4. Place a pickle on one end of the bread and roll it up.
  5. Pinch the edges of the bread gently to hold the pickle inside.
  6. Refrigerate the assembled pickle wheels overnight.
  7. Slice the wheels into pieces and serve.
