Ingredients

  • 1 large can peach halves
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Drain the peach halves and stuff each with whole cloves.
  2. Save the syrup from the can.
  3. Bring the peach syrup, vinegar, cinnamon stick, and sugar to a boil.
  4. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool.
  6. Pour the hot syrup over the peach halves.
  7. Refrigerate before serving.
