Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped fine salted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped sweet pickles
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon minced parsley

Instructions

  1. Whip together the cream cheese, chopped salted peanuts, chopped sweet pickles, seasoned salt, and minced parsley until well combined.
  2. Put the mixture into containers and refrigerate for at least a few hours or until chilled.
  3. Serve the spread with crackers as a snack or appetizer.
  4. Can be made 3 days ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
