Ingredients

  • 1 wild grape leaf
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small pepper
  • lots of dill
  • 1 or 2 green grapes
  • 1/2 cup salt
  • 1 pint vinegar

Instructions

  1. In each quart jar, put a grape leaf, garlic, pepper, and dill.
  2. Add one or two green grapes to each jar.
  3. Heat 3 quarts of water and when it comes to a boil, add salt and vinegar.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  5. Pour the hot brine over the prepared jars of pickles.
  6. Ensure the jars are covered with the brine.
