Ingredients

  • 2 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 small garlic bud
  • 1 onion
  • cucumbers

Instructions

  1. Boil vinegar, water, sugar, and salt; then set aside to cool.
  2. Slice cucumbers, garlic, and onion.
  3. Pour the cooled mixture over the sliced vegetables.
  4. Let stand for 3 days before eating.
