Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 cans buttermilk biscuits
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Cut each buttermilk biscuit into four pieces.
  2. Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl.
  3. Roll each biscuit piece in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  4. Place the coated biscuit pieces in a greased Bundt or angel food cake pan.
  5. Melt margarine in a saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Add the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture to the melted margarine and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  7. Pour the hot cinnamon-sugar mixture and melted margarine over the biscuit pieces in the pan.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  9. Once baked, invert the pan onto a plate and serve warm.
