Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 3 1/2 tsp. real mayo
  • 2 tsp. finely chopped sweet pickle
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/4 tsp. cream-style horseradish
  • salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut hard-cooked eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks, being careful not to break the whites.
  2. Mash the yolks with a fork and blend in the remaining ingredients: mayonnaise, chopped pickle, celery seed, horseradish, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture.
  4. Dust the tops with paprika before serving.
