Ingredients

  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 1 1/4 c. Crisco
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 5 Tbsp. water
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt, and Crisco until the mixture is fine and resembles meal.
  2. Add water, beaten egg, and vinegar to the mixture.
  3. Combine until the dough comes together and is workable.
  4. Divide the dough into three portions to make three pie crusts.
