Instructions
- Dissolve sugar and yeast in lukewarm milk; set aside.
- Add flour and butter; cut in just like for pie crust.
- Add milk and yeast mixture to beaten eggs; mix well.
- Divide dough into 2 parts.
- Roll one part to fit into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Spread pie filling over the dough.
- Cover with the remaining dough.
- Let rise for 1 hour.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
- Frost with powdered sugar glaze before serving.
