Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 to 2 sticks oleo (1/2 lb.)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Beat all of the ingredients (except pie filling) for 3 minutes.
  2. Spread the batter onto a 10 x 14-inch greased and floured pan.
  3. Pour a can of pie filling over the top of the batter.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 45 minutes.
