- Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with Pam.
- Boil potatoes until tender when tested with a fork.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.
- Saute butter and onions in a small skillet.
- Mash the cooked potatoes and mix in the grated cheese.
- In the prepared baking dish, place 3 lasagna noodles.
- Spread one-third of the potato and cheese mixture over the noodles.
- Repeat layers with remaining noodles and potato mixture.
- Top with the last three lasagna noodles, then add the sautéed onions and butter.
- Cover and bake in a 225°F oven for approximately 45 to 55 minutes.
