Ingredients

  • 2 English muffins
  • 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Split the English muffins in half by piercing them around the edges with a fork and prying them apart gently.
  3. Place the muffin halves, split sides up, in a shallow baking dish.
  4. Spoon spaghetti sauce onto each muffin, spreading it to the edges.
  5. Top each muffin with a slice of mozzarella cheese, trimming the slices to fit if necessary.
  6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is slightly browned at the edges.
