Ingredients

  • 1 package angel food cake mix
  • 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the angel food cake mix and crushed pineapple in a mixing bowl and mix according to package directions.
  3. Pour the batter into a 9 x 13-inch ungreased baking pan.
  4. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until the cake is dark golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow the cake to cool completely.
  6. Frost with Cool Whip before serving.
