Pickle Delight
A tangy, sweet and savory pickle dish infused with onion, horseradish, and celery seed, perfect for snack platters, sandwiches, or as a flavorful side.

Instructions
- Drain 1 quart of dill Kosher pickles.
- Cut pickles into strips.
- Place pickles back in the jar and add sugar, chopped onion, celery seed, vinegar, and horseradish.
- Add half of the sugar to the bottom of the jar and the other half on top of the pickles.
- Put the lid on the jar and shake until all sugar dissolves.
- Place the jar in the refrigerator and shake occasionally.
- After 24 hours, the pickles are ready to eat.
