Pineapple Beans With Meatballs
Ingredients
Instructions
- Mix beef, onion and salt into small balls.
- Brown in oil. Drain pineapple, keeping 1/2 cup juice.
- Combine juice, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar and mustard.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine meatballs, sauce, beans and pineapple in a lightly greased 3-quart casserole dish.
- Bake 45 minutes in a 375° oven.
