Ingredients

  • 2 boxes cream cheese
  • 8 oz. whipping cream
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. Grease a pan with butter and dust with graham crackers.
  2. Mix all ingredients together, including cream cheese, whipping cream, sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice, sugar, eggs, and drained crushed pineapple.
  3. Add eggs to the mixture and beat lightly again.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 57 minutes or until the surface is half set.
