Pineapple-Coconut Icing

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 small bottle cherries, cut up
  • 1/2 c. nuts, cut up

Instructions

  1. Combine butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
  2. Cook until thick. Cool and add remaining ingredients.
  3. Good for a coconut or pineapple cake.
