Pineapple Cream Fudge

- Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with foil, extending over the sides, and butter the foil.
- In a large saucepan, combine sugar, margarine or butter, and evaporated milk.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Add pineapple pastry filling and bring to a boil again, stirring constantly.
- Continue boiling for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat; add marshmallow creme and white chocolate coating, blending until smooth.
- Add pineapple candy oil flavoring and blend.
- Add Karo syrup and blend.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Score the fudge into 36 or 48 squares.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Lift the foil to remove the fudge from the pan, then peel off the foil.
- Cut through the scored lines with a large knife.
- Store in the refrigerator.
