Ingredients

  • 3 c. crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 or 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 pkg. coconut
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix wafers and margarine together and pack to form crust in a large glass dish.
  2. Cover mixture with bananas.
  3. Mix lemon juice and milk; spread over bananas.
  4. Drain pineapple and mix with coconut. Spread over ingredients in dish.
  5. Top with Cool Whip.
  6. Add pecans and garnish with cherries.
  7. Put in refrigerator to cool.
