Ingredients

  • 8 lb. cooked, boneless ham
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons white wine tarragon vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon powdered cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger

Instructions

  1. Bake the ham according to the directions on the label.
  2. In a saucepan, combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, honey, white wine tarragon vinegar, powdered cloves, and powdered ginger. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. During the last 30 minutes of baking, turn the oven up to 400°F and baste the ham with the pineapple marinade every 10 minutes.
