Ingredients

  • 1 ripe sweet pineapple, peeled,cored and diced
  • 1/2 green jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons chopped mint leaves
  • 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1/2 lemon, juice of
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion, to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
