Ingredients

  • 1 lb. wide noodles
  • 1/2 lb. oleo
  • 1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Cook the wide noodles until tender and drain.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked noodles, oleo, creamed cottage cheese, beaten eggs, sour cream, sugar, salt, crushed pineapple, and vanilla.
  3. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan, shaping it into a ring if desired.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 1 1/2 hours or until set and golden on top.
