Pineapple Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Stir together the flour, sugar and nutmeg.
  2. Blend together all remaining ingredients.
  3. Add all at once to flour mixture, stirring only until flour is moistened.
  4. Bake on greased griddle.
