Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 2 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 medium pears

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, soften gelatin in 1/2 cup of the orange juice.
  2. Stir in undrained crushed pineapple and remaining orange juice.
  3. Chill until partially set.
  4. Fold in pears and turn mixture into a 6-cup mold.
  5. Chill until firm.
  6. Unmold onto a plate.
