Ingredients

  • vanilla pudding (no sugar)
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (canned in juice)
  • 8 oz. low-fat Cool Whip
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (if desired)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (if desired)
  • large graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Fold in the Cool Whip until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  4. Refrigerate the pie until set.
  5. Optional: Freeze the pie and cut into pieces before serving.
