Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup drained crushed pineapple
  • 3/4 cup pasteurized process cheese spread with pimiento
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Pour into an 8-inch square pan or into a serving bowl.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Serve on lettuce.
  5. Garnish with maraschino cherries if desired.
