Pineapple Salad With 7-Up

Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. Jell-O
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 2 c. 7-Up
  • 1 large can pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. pineapple juice (add enough water to make 1 c. if necessary)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Mix Jell-O in hot water and 7-Up and let start to set.
  2. Add drained pineapple to Jell-O.
  3. Cook pineapple juice, sugar, flour and egg until thick, stirring constantly.
  4. Cool.
  5. Fold pudding into whipped cream and spread on top of Jell-O.
