Pineapple Yam Puff

Instructions
- Drain and discard 1 cup syrup from pineapple.
- Beat yams with remaining ingredients until smooth.
- Stir in pineapple.
- Pour into greased 2-quart casserole dish.
- Bake in a 375° oven for 50 to 60 minutes until puffed and lightly browned.
- Serve with pork or poultry.
- A good Thanksgiving dish.
