Ingredients

  • 2 (1/2 gal.) cartons pineapple sherbet
  • 1 (1 qt.) carton vanilla ice cream
  • 2 (32 oz.) bottles ginger ale
  • 1 (32 oz.) bottle strawberry-flavored carbonated beverage

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Pour mixture into plastic containers and freeze.
  3. Thaw in the refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours before serving.
  4. Alternatively, place partially softened sherbet and ice cream in a punch bowl.
  5. Gradually add the carbonated beverages and mix.
