Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • butter (the size of an egg)
  • pepper

Instructions

  3. After 15 minutes, test with a fork for doneness.
  4. When potatoes are soft and flaky, remove from heat, drain, and peel.
