Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup jarred roasted piquillo peppers*, patted dry
  • 1 tablespoon almond oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Whirl ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Serve with Russet Frites.
  2. *Piquillos are small, mildly spicy red Spanish peppers; find in well-stocked grocery stores.
