Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups lukewarm water
  • 5 to 6 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. Mix together eggs, water, oil, and 3 cups of flour, gradually adding remaining flour and salt to form a dough.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 balls and let stand, covered with a cloth, for 10 minutes.
  3. Roll each ball thin on a lightly floured board and cut into 2-inch squares.
  4. Fill each square with potato filling.
  5. Drop the filled squares into boiling water, bringing it back to a boil, and cook for 5 minutes.
