Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix the yellow cake mix, pistachio instant pudding mix, eggs, oil, and sour cream together; beat well.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and chopped nuts.
  3. Grease a tube or Bundt pan. Pour half of the batter into the pan.
  4. Sprinkle half of the sugar mixture over the batter.
  5. Add the remaining batter to the pan.
  6. Top with the remaining sugar mixture.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
