Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 3/4 cups milk, heated
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  3. Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes.
  4. Stir the pudding well after baking.
  5. Return to the oven and reduce temperature to 325°F.
  6. Bake for approximately 35 minutes more until set.
