Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 small pistachio pudding (instant)
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry cake mix and pistachio pudding together in a bowl.
  2. Add oil, water, eggs, and sour cream to the mixture and beat until well combined.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Grease two large loaf pans.
  5. Layer the cake mixture and the cinnamon-sugar mixture in the loaf pans, making three layers with the cinnamon-sugar on top.
  6. Bake the loaves at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
