Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8) refrigerator crescent rolls
  • 1 lb. turkey breakfast sausage
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage and drain excess fat.
  2. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Separate the crescent rolls into triangles and press them into the pan to form a crust.
  4. Seal the edges of the dough together.
  5. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; beat until smooth.
  6. Layer the cooked sausage, shredded Cheddar cheese, and sliced mushrooms over the crust.
  7. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the filling is set.
