Ingredients

  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 3 1/2 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Add 1 cup of warm water to the dry yeast and let it sit until frothy.
  2. Combine the yeast mixture with salt, sugar, oil, and flour, and stir until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough briefly and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Divide the dough into two portions and roll out each into a pizza crust.
  6. Add your preferred sauce and toppings to the crusts.
  7. Bake the pizzas for 20 to 30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
