Ingredients

  • 1 small package vermicelli noodles
  • 2 jars pizza quick sauce
  • 1.5 to 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 or 2 packages sliced pepperoni
  • 1 pound shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix cooked vermicelli noodles, pizza quick sauce, and cooked ground beef.
  2. Put half of the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Add a single layer of sliced pepperoni over the mixture.
  4. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining mixture, pepperoni, and cheese.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
